All GLP-1 products are manufactured by an FDA-approved 503b Outsourcing facility.  All GLP-1 production occurs in a sterile environment with robotic processing and no human contact during the production process. 

Each GLP-1 is assigned a non-billable NDC number and has an approximately eight to nine month BUD (Beyond Use Date). There is no 28-day poke rule on vial, no salts or added peptides. This prescription writing & telemedicine platform is available to providers and patients in all states except West Virginia.

Step 1: Complete the New Account Registration Form. Start by filling out the “New Account Registration” form provided on this page.

Step 2: Submit Your Form and License. Upload your state license within the form and submit your registration. We will review and verify your details before opening your account.

Step 3: Receive Your Dashboard Access. Once your account is approved, you’ll receive your login credentials and password for your personalized prescribing dashboard, along with setup instructions and a video guide for writing your first prescription.

Step 4: Set Up and Prescribe. After setting up your dashboard and sending your first prescription, we will fill and ship the order directly to your patient’s address or to your office for pickup via UPS 2-day air.

Step 5: Continue Prescribing. Keep writing prescriptions as needed and we’ll handle the rest!

When prescribing a GLP-1, you will prescribe syringes and alcohol swabs with prescription.  The GLP-1, syringes and alcohol swabs are all included in the one price to the patient.

Dispensing from your clinic or from a telemedicine program allows for physician offices, and medical spas to prescribe or/and dispense to their patients. Providers can prescribe GLP-1’s for patients by registering with our telemed service that includes online prescription writing EMR platform, patient billing and shipping/receivng services.

If you would like to place a bulk order and fill prescriptions directly for your patients, Bulk Orders are ordered in multiple packs of 10 vials.  Bulk Orders are available for Retail Pharmacies, Medical Clinics & Spa’s.

All prescription shipping offers 2nd Day UPS Shipping.

There are no cold shipping requirements, however in warmer months, the pharmacy may use cold shipping out of an abundance of caution.  Product should be placed back in refrigeration once received.

All prescriptions received by 4:00PM EST Monday through Wednesday, via telemed prescribing, are shipped 2 day UPS delivery.  Patient will receive their prescription directly from our Legit Script & Surescript Certified pharmacy.  Prescriptions received on Thursday and Friday will be shipped Monday of the following week and delivered in two (2) business days.

All bulk orders are shipped directly from our FDA CGMP Licensed Manufacturer FedEx Next Day Air Shipping.   

Weather and holidays can affect delivery times and dates. A practice/provider must be registered with an account before any prescriptions can be filled.

Whether you are a Provider, Medical Clinic, Medical Spa or Retail Pharmacy, we require that you register an account by filling out our New Account Registration Onboarding Form, and providing ACH or credit card payment information.  The Onboarding Form requires pertinent information, such as contact information, ship to address, DEA number (not required for Semaglutide), NPI number and state licensure number. A completed Onboarding Form, payment method (for bulk ordering) information, copy of your license(s) are required prior to prescribing or ordering bulk orders.

Processing your account application may take up to 3 business days as all information and license will be reviewed & verified. Once your application is processed, you will receive a welcome email with your account and support information, as well as an instructional video for online prescribing, if applicable.

When prescribing, you will need to separately prescribe the GLP-1 product, Insulin Syringe, and Alcohol Prep Pads for your order. All three (3) prescriptions are bundled (included) in the vial cost. Your prescription(s) order should include the following information (this is also covered in onboarding training video):

• Online Prescribing & Account Portal:  Your online prescribing and portal allows you to track all prescriptions and shipping information. You will be sent a username, password and tutorial video on how to prescribe. This portal allows for script and patient tracking of orders.
• Individual Script Destination Options:  A patients prescription can be sent directly to the patient’s residence (at home delivery) or to your medical facility where the patient can pick up. You have complete control of this.

Bulk Orders:  Bulk order payments are processed and cleared with the ACH or credit card provided and kept on file before shipment.   

Patient Prescriptions:  Patients will be required to pay for their prescription before it is filled and shipped.  When prescription is written, the patient will receive an email with instructions to pay online.  Once processed, their prescription is processed the same day and shipped 2 day UPS.  Patients receive UPS tracking number to track their personal package.
